Really? It's October already??

I can't believe it's October already. Man, does time fly by fast. Things have been going great for me. I'm feeling good, at 34 weeks pregnant. Baby Chloe is going great, and enjoying playing with my bladder and kicking my ribs. Her room is all set up. I need to do a little bit of cleaning/organizing before I can take some pics. But don't worry. I will post pics real soon!!

I can't believe that Chloe will be here in about 6 weeks. It's crazy... and I'm starting to freak out. I'm so nervous... Just thinking about it makes me want to cry. Even after taking the baby classes, getting her room set up, getting the hospital bag ready, and washing all of her clothes it doesn't seem real. I hope once I see her and hold her for the first time my fears will melt away. But right now, I don't feel like I can do this. I'm so scared. But I have a wonderful family and friends that will help me along the way. I just hope I'm ready for this adventure!

With that said, I'm sorry to say that I will be closing up my Etsy shop on October 16th. I will be putting my shop on vacation mode for a few months. I'm really not sure when I will be back. I'm thinking January, maybe earlier, but we will see. It breaks my heart that I will be away for that long. It's going to be so hard coming back. I won't be able to put in 110% in my Etsy shop with a little one. My crochet time will probably be cut in half. But I'm not giving up! When I come back I will have to learn to be patient. These last few months have been really good for my Etsy shop. When I come back I will have to give myself a really low goal. Like one sale a month. And work my way from there.

So for all of you out there, Get your Halloween and Christmas gifts early! My Etsy shop will be closing on October 16th!! And I'm doing free worldwide shipping until then!!!

  2. Aww I had a tear in my eye! I know you will be a great mom, we all have had those fears and I have even had them after my sixth child. Sad to see your shop going on vacation so my goal for myself is to catch up to your sales LOL how funny if I do that it would take your shop going on vacation for me to catch up. I new you would reach your goal. I hope you continue your blogging!! Congratulations to you and your husband on your sweet Baby Girl!!

  3. You'll do just fine! If I can do it, you can do it! Have lots of milk and cheerios on hand and you're good to go! Plus, the babies kinda ease you into it! At first they just cuddle and eat!

  4. I'm worried too. The delivery scares me, and we weren't able to get into a parenting class so I'm nervous that my instincts won't be up to par. But I have a feeling everything will work out fine, mother nature will kick in. No worries!
