Exciting News!

I'm pregnant!

I found this news out on New Years Eve. There's no official due date yet. But I'm guessing late August/early September! My next doc appointment is on Thursday, so I will find out the due date then!

I'm about baby #2 arriving, but at the same time I'm really nervous.

Will I lose my sanity?

Will I still have time to crochet?

Will I have to close my Etsy shop?

Will I ever sleep again?

Sooooo many questions....

You probably all think I died....

But I'm still here!!!

I've been so busy! With Chloe's birthday, Christmas, and Etsy!!! I'm hoping things will slow down a bit, but they probably won't.

The picture above is Chloe enjoying her first cupcake. She didn't eat much of it, but she enjoyed playing with.

I have reached my goal of 500 sales! Better yet I have reached my goal of 600 sales!! I currently have 625 sales! I reached my goal of 600 sales on December 5th. Woo hoo!!! I'm crochet hook is on fire!! I still haven't decided what my new sales goal should be... hmmmm.....

Chloe is walking now!! She's all over the place! She loves turning the computer and tv on and off, which is why I don't post very much. Maybe someday she won't think the button is very interesting... maybe....

I didn't put up my Christmas tree this year. With 2 cats, and Chloe getting into everything it's not worth it. I'm thinking maybe next year I will put it up. I have TONS of scrap yarn, so I was thinking of crocheting some ornaments. That way I don't have to worry about them breaking and cutting someone. Well see if I have time to make them before next Christmas!

Long time no post...

I can't believe it. Chloe will be turning 1 next Saturday! My baby isn't a baby anymore. :( We're planning a mini birthday party for her. Just my parents, and maybe the grandparents. I've made her a lot of her birthday presents. I made her a turtle, beaver, fox, and raccoon. I also bought a plush deer on etsy a while ago. I'm making chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting. She's going to have an awesome birthday.

Well, my Etsy shop has really taken off this month. So far this month I've sold 60 items (pending payment for one item) But 38 of those items are from the wholesale order. I have about 10 more items to make and I will be doing with the wholesale order of 73 items! Phew!!

I'm up to 536 sales in my Etsy shop. I'm tempted to make another goal. With the holiday season fast approaching, I'm wondering if I can reach 600 sales by the end of the year. Hmmmm.....

Luckily Chloe is happy playing on the floor with her toys, and the cats. So I still have a little time during the day to crochet. She takes a hour and a half nap (sometimes 2 hours) in the afternoon. Plus she sleeps 8pm-8am almost every night. I'm so happy I have a baby that sleeps during the night.

Chloe is starting to stand on her own, and has even took one or two steps!! Wow!! She will be walking soon!!

I DID IT!!!!!!

As of 12:30pm yesterday, I have reached my 500 sales goal for the year!!!!

And I still have 2 and a half months left in the year!!

WOOT!! WOOT!!!

***HAPPY DANCE TIME***

I will probably wait until the new year to set another goal.

Hmmm... What should it be? 600? 700?? Maybe 800??

In other news, Etsy is allowing you to change your shop name, only once. And after some thought I've decided to change my Etsy shop name. Don't worry it's nothing to drastic. I'm changing it to 72stitches, instead of seventytwostitches. I'm hoping that with this name change, it will be easier for people to find me, and remember me. We'll see how it goes!

Etsy Update...

I don't believe it!!! I received an email from one of my whole sale buyer and they wanted to make another order! And it's HUGE!!!! 73 items!!! I think I bit off more than I can chew. By the end of the weekend I will have completed 25 of the 73 items. I've been working on this order for about 2 weeks now. Wowwwie!

With that said, I will be able to reach my goal of 500 sales by the end of the year!! (As long as I can finish it before then!) I'm currently at 475 sales!!!! So far for the month of September I've sold 43 items! (13 of those items are for the wholesale order)

My Etsy shop has really taken off!!! I'm not sure if it's because I was featured in that magazine, or something else.

Either way, I'm not complaining! I'm so happy!!!!!

Reason why I haven't been blogging that much lately...

Yep, that's Chloe. She climbed up there all by herself and is picking through the trash. Oh, my!

She's getting into everything!

Etsy Update:

My new goal:

500 sales by December 31, 2011!

I reached my 400 sales goal yesterday!!!!!

WOOT!!! WOOT!!!

New Goal: 450 sales by December 31, 2011.

Let's see if I can reach that goal!!!!
